Overhearing a Daddy & Lane Moment

This morning I was laying in bed asleep. Because your dad is a coach he has to start back to work two weeks before normal teachers. I heard him get up and shower and get ready for the day. Keep in mind after spending every day all day with you for 10 weeks it makes it very hard to go back to work. 

I could hear you talking over your monitor but decided to wait til your dad left for work to go get you. I heard your door open over the monitor and heard the sweetest, "Goooooood morning, Lane!" I could hear you laugh and kick like crazy. You love mornings! I heard dad take you over to the changing table and you were just a talk talk talking to him. Daddy said, "Are you telling me about your dreams? Tell me more, tell me more!" And you continued to babble. 

He replied, "Did you dream abooooout.... Ummm squash and carrots?"

I laughed out loud from the my bedroom, such a sweet moment! I love catching little precious moments like this. My heart is glowing!
